You’ll be traveling in a small group up to 4-5 persons, and by 100% ecological and original TUK TUK from Asia. The open-air vehicle with music is very enjoyable and fun, and will make you appreciate the fresh breeze of the ocean and the sounds of Costa Adeje. During the tour our knowledgeable guide will provide you information about the attractions on the way, and will be here to assist you and answer any questions.
The tour lasts 1 hour, and you can choose from two programs:
1. Costa Adeje Tour
Costa Adeje has lots of great attractions worth visiting. If you want to see multiple hotspots in one day and avoid too much walking on the sun, join this great TUK TUK adventure.
We will start from Fanabe to the old fishing village of La Caleta, passing by the exclusive area of El Duque with the most luxurious hotels of the island and the fashion shopping center of Plaza del Duque. You’ll see the Tourist Market, the Church of San Sebastian - one of the oldest religious sites of the south of Tenerife, and the natural beach of Enramada.
We will have a stop at the old fishing village of La Caleta, where you can take a short walk by the ocean to enjoy the scenery and take photos, and we will continue our tour to further attractions. The tour will end where it started – at Fanabe.
2. Banana Plantation & Canarian Farm Tour
The Caldera del Rey is a vast, shallow crater with banana groves and protected parkland - one of Tenerife’s natural highlights - but it lies a bit beyond walking distance from nearby towns. This tour takes you from Fanabe to the volcanic valley and Caldera del Rey monument via TUK TUK - a small, fun three-wheeled vehicle - for a guided walk in a banana plantation and Canarian farm.
Ever wondered where bananas come from? Well it’s time to see and learn more about it! We will have a tour inside the banana (or as locals calls it – platanos) plantation, where afterwards we will visit their animal farm with chickens and pigs, and the horse ranch with very friendly horses, waiting for some treat ;) After a tour, we will have a short break at the farm shop, where, if you like, you can purchase local ecological fruits and vegetables, and enjoy a freshly made smoothie drink – FREE of charge.
The tour will end where it started – at Fanabe.
Not sure which one you prefer more? Why not to combine both?
